The perk that isn't allowed

I've noticed that a lot of people use Juggernaut, Playing for IW you cannot use that perk, I don't know what the other Administrator thinks about that, but it's IW's rules, you also cannot camp, unless you're a sniper, any questions?

Yeah i agree no camping no juggernaut. Camping is allowed when sniping.
